Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct operational assessments of assigned wells, equipment, and plant facilities, including submission of daily assessment reports on well production and maintenance activities.
  • •Execute production tests and perform minor subsurface well maintenance (non-BOPE), including minor repairs and general upkeep (e.g., fences, signs, weeds, trash).
  • •Monitor control panels, gauges, and meters, and review operating parameters in systems when SCADA is unavailable.
  • •Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance; assist with moderately complex operational oversight and incident reporting/investigation at lease sites.
  • •Participate in training programs and coordinate with Optimization Operators, DSC/PA, and maintenance teams to implement effective solutions and support equipment installation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (Higher Secondary education).
  • •0-3 years of relevant experience in E&P operations, preferably in lease site management, equipment maintenance, and pipeline operations or a related field.
  • •OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated competencies in oral and written communication, results orientation, active learning, digital literacy, and business acumen.
  • •Ability to collect/report data and perform troubleshooting and equipment maintenance for production monitoring and wellhead operations.
