Key Responsibilities

  • •Build targeted business plans and strategies to allocate resources and drive sales activities to achieve margin and revenue goals.
  • •Manage account planning processes, including geography business plans, forecasts, deal/progress reviews, and alignment to corporate strategy.
  • •Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous near- and long-term opportunity coverage and manage win/loss performance.
  • •Review and manage deals to ensure sound processing by HP back-end operations, including oversight of VAS plan reviews.
  • •Coach and manage sales people through performance management, talent development, and change management to maintain sales-force excellence.
