Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, industrialization, or production engineering.
  • •Experience developing assembly processes for jet engines, gas turbines, turbomachinery, rotating equipment, propulsion systems, or similarly complex mechanical products.
  • •Strong understanding of precision mechanical assembly (GD&T, tolerance stack-up, fits, clearances, fastening, alignment, concentricity, runout).
  • •Hands-on experience with static and/or dynamic balancing and inspection methods with manufacturing acceptance criteria.
