  • •Drive the long-term strategic vision for co-brand risk management across the credit card portfolio, aligning with enterprise commercial priorities and partner objectives.
  • •Lead development of multi-year risk management, performance, and growth strategies across the co-brand ecosystem to influence executive decision-making.
  • •Assess risk decisioning and impact to co-brand performance by reviewing partner new account strategy, account management strategy, and non-scoring models.
  • •Partner with senior executives across Finance, Loyalty, Network Planning, Revenue Management, and Legal to shape the future direction of co-brand programs.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, establishing governance frameworks and overseeing high-impact analytical initiatives and forecasting/scenario analyses.

Key Requirements
