Job Summary

Lead the AI Intelligence Quality (IQ) team to build and evolve an AI Platform that helps every AI team at Lattice measure quality, detect regressions, run experiments, and continuously improve AI performance. Own the platform roadmap and partner with Product, Applied AI, and Data Science to define AI quality metrics and evaluation. Drive scalable, reliable infrastructure plus observability and developer tooling that enable confident AI evaluation and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers, fostering ownership, technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning.
•Own execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap, balancing near-term product impact with long-term platform investments.
•Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders to define how AI quality is measured, evaluated, and improved.
•Lead development of AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, experimentation capabilities, observability, and developer tooling for AI teams.
•Drive technical and organizational decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and adoption of the AI Platform across Lattice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 146,250 - 195,000 annually
