Key Responsibilities

•Own GTM operations for a business unit, including territory design, comp plans, sales metrics, and reporting.
•Act as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership and executives to frame decisions and bring structure to ambiguity.
•Drive GTM cadence and accountability by leading pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership syncs to push velocity and impact.
•Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to advance strategic initiatives with a GTM lens.
•Build with data using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools to structure analysis and uncover insights that drive growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, investing, or a similar high-performance environment.
•Strong analytical and modeling skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets and able to write SQL or willing to learn.
•Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and SaaS business models, with battle-tested views on comp, funnel metrics, over-assignment, and enrichment.
•Experience working closely with GTM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Gong.
•Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to structure thinking clearly and present to executives.
