Job Summary

Own monthly management reporting for the UWS Under Water Systems business, including BOR and Magnitude reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and key forecasts (MYB, SBP). Partner with the UWS Finance Director and auditors, maintain reporting controls, and ensure ICQ is completed and interfaces with TBSS. Use Oracle B1, TM1, and Magnitude to deliver accurate, timely financial information and support Finance Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, report, and review monthly reporting in collaboration with the Finance Director.
•Prepare and report B&P and SFRD spend (monthly actuals, MYB, and forecasts).
•Produce P&L, balance sheet, and group templates using Oracle B1, TM1, and Magnitude.
•Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations and escalate key risks/ownings where required.
•Support MYB review mechanisms and financial forecast production; champion finance function transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA) or relevant experience.
•Significant experience of reporting, control environment, and accounting rules and procedures.
•Experience working in a changing environment within a complex, multi-site or multi-entity organisation.
•Ability to deliver at pace while focusing on accuracy and the bigger picture, driving improvements to operations and efficiency.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with finance and non-finance professionals.
