Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and advise in-house business clients on mitigating litigation risk and maximizing recoveries.
  • •Develop and implement litigation management plans across all phases, including pre-complaint counseling, dispositive motion practice, discovery (including electronic discovery), expert testimony, trial, and appeal.
  • •Manage a docket of commercial matters and act as attorney of record where appropriate.
  • •Supervise and direct outside counsel’s workstreams and participate hands-on to reduce legal spend and meet business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with other legal staff and oversee other in-house attorneys, paralegals, and administrative assistants as needed.
