Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AML Advisory strategy using analytical skills and work with vast amounts of data in evolving environments.
  • •Build and maintain interactive dashboards for regulatory reporting, and develop KPIs and KRIs to show KYC Program Health.
  • •Analyze compliance key performance metrics, interpret them for consistency, and provide input on LOB AML risks identified through reporting.
  • •Design and produce reports/forms/metrics to support department efficiency and effectiveness; identify and implement process and reporting improvements.
  • •Analyze trends, proactively advise on internal and external risks, and collaborate across business units to deliver end results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years, with expectation the degree is obtained by the scheduled start date.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
  • •At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL; and at least 1 year of experience with Tableau.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
