Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Georgetown

Drive profitability and efficiency as part of the store team by executing inventory management, investigating shrink and inventory accuracy issues, and coordinating key operational workflows. Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates while maintaining strong visual standards. Partner with Operations & Visual Management and work closely with store leadership on budgets, expenses, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities to keep the store clean, safe, and operating at peak performance.
