Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Account Managers’ daily work, plan and organize workflow, and ensure fiduciary responsibility for contractual obligations.
  • •Assist the New Business Team in securing new clients.
  • •Serve as liaison to manage warehouse client relationships, negotiating warehouse contracts, servicing agreements, and subservicing transactions.
  • •Facilitate securitization and conversion processes with internal/external clients, legal staff, auditors, and investors.
  • •Review and approve complex cash management agreements and authorize disbursements, while assisting with servicing transfers and risk ratings through the AQR process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year college degree.
  • •Five years of commercial real estate servicing experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of analytical skills.
  • •Experienced in drafting departmental policy and procedure manuals.
  • •Knowledge of commercial underwriting and property financial statement analysis, including legal document review and interpretation.
