Head of Marketing - New Venture

Lead go-to-market and growth for a new AI Language Tutor business, owning user acquisition from the first campaigns through scaling. You’ll run hands-on performance marketing (primary focus Meta), build marketing analytics and attribution, manage budget and unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and establish a data-driven creative funnel with A/B testing across the journey. Later, you’ll hire and lead a marketing team (User Acquisition, Creative, Motion Design).
