Job Summary

Lead data workstreams for a large technology integration and transformation program in Electronic Trading within Capital Markets. Own the technical design, architecture, and engineering of data backends and warehouses for distributed trading systems, and build ETL workflows moving pre- and post-trade data for settlement, risk analysis, and finance. Partner with engineering teams to deliver low-latency, high-throughput data platforms and drive the Electronic Trading Data Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical design, architecture, and engineering of data backends and warehouses for large distributed trading systems.
•Build ETL workflows moving pre- and post-trade data between back-office systems for settlement, market/counterparty risk analysis, and finance general ledger.
•Build and run data backend processes using cloud infrastructure and messaging/streaming technologies.
•Develop and manage streaming and batch data pipelines using tools such as Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, and Redshift.
•Provide leadership and influence to drive the Electronic Trading Data Strategy and data platform evolution.

•Advanced understanding of data warehouse/lake/lakehouse concepts and medallion architecture.
