Key Responsibilities

•Ensuring the line hits its hourly Volume/OEE and waste targets.
•Set the line up vs standard settings to maximise performance in a fast-paced and high-pressure manufacturing environment.
•Be the first response to any breakdowns or set up issues on your line; utilise root cause problem solving skills and implement fixes in a time conscious manner.
•Maintaining plant and machinery to a very high standard through PPM.
•Taking the lead on troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•You hold a level 2 engineering or maintenance qualification.
