•Develop a highly motivated cross-functional maintenance team focused on department performance and improved production throughput.
•Maintain and continuously improve preventative/predictive maintenance, including scheduling adjustments to prevent downtime.
•Ensure compliance with RCRA, DOT, and HAZMAT regulations and support emergency coordination responsibilities.
•Assist with and manage departmental capital/expense budgets and drive cost, productivity, and quality improvements.
•Plan, direct, and staff the department including hiring support, training, performance evaluations, and wage recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 115,000 annually
