Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to strengthen G&A FP&A.
  • •Partner with G&A leaders to understand business drivers and align plans to company objectives.
  • •Own G&A forecasting and budgeting end-to-end, including headcount planning and opex forecasting, and reconcile actuals to plan.
  • •Develop and deliver executive reporting on G&A performance to support decision-making.
  • •Modernize and automate planning systems and financial models, including Pigment build-out and standardized AI automation; oversee month-end close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics (MBA a plus).
  • •6+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance functions, including managing or mentoring a team.

  • •Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience with G&A functions.
