Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project Safety Plan by participating in safety activities and adhering to trade safety requirements.
  • •Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and building using basic trade skills (painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical assistance).
  • •Patch minor wall/ceiling holes and cracks, replace cover plates, and paint structures, equipment, and furniture.
  • •Maintain proper housekeeping and keep the supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems.
  • •Assist other crafts and trades personnel and perform grounds tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weed control, including 24-7 on-call emergency response.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid state driver’s license.
  • •Three years’ work experience in O&M services.
  • •Verbal and basic written communication skills.
  • •Basic working knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
