Job Summary

Based in Singapore, the Sales Coordinator supports the SEA sales workflow by handling product catalog planning, contracting administration, data management, and marketing support. You will partner with SEA Sales to implement sales strategies, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate data and timely communications across the SEA market.

Key Responsibilities

•Product Catalogue Planning – Support the SEA Sales team in preparing and reviewing product availability lists; develop expertise in the catalogue (Hollywood and local Asian content) to maximize content exploitation in deals across SEA.
•Sales Operations and Administration – Set up and maintain deals in the contracting system; prepare Sales Orders; track workflow and approvals for new contracts; coordinate payments, deliveries, and contract filing for SEA deals.
•Sales and Marketing Support – Prepare sales presentations and negotiations pitches; deliver marketing materials as required.
•Budgeting and Data Management – Partner with Sales and Finance to prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales estimates.
•Other Support Activities – Provide ad hoc Sales and Marketing support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Supply Chain related fields.
•Typically 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, information systems, marketing, engineering, business consulting, supply chain, sales operations or related areas.
•Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros), plus proficient Word and PowerPoint; comfortable handling large data sets.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; strong team player mentality.
