Key Responsibilities

•Welcome players to the 1st tee and brief them on applicable rules and regulations of play for the day, including advice on GPS operation and daily pin location.
•Monitor and regulate speed of play to ensure rounds are completed within agreed time guidelines.
•Monitor cart usage and address issues related to the golf cart fleet; advise players to keep carts away from mounds, sandy wastes, and water hazards.
•Enforce club rules and regulations; confidently answer queries regarding Rules of Golf and local club rules.
•Take a lead role in the management of all shot-gun starts, ensuring bags are safely placed on the correct golf cart and starts commence at the designated time.

Key Requirements

•Grade VIII and above.
•2 years’ experience in the field of golf with a good command of English.
•Thorough knowledge of golfing rules and etiquette.
•Be an experienced golfer.
•Strong customer skills with the ability to deal with complaints.
