Key Responsibilities

•Drive growth of intelligence and insights offerings in Germany by sourcing, shaping and converting briefs from existing and net-new clients.
•Develop and implement market growth strategies leveraging Burson’s AI product suite and wider tech stack.
•Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, framing data and technology capabilities into compelling commercial and communications narratives.
•Lead client presentations and workshops showcasing Burson’s data and AI capabilities through practical, business-relevant applications and outcomes.
•Contribute to product innovation and thought leadership related to data and AI, while collaborating with leadership to align data strategies and ensuring data ethics compliance.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in data, intelligence and insights, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and delivering client value.
•Deep understanding of the communications landscape in Germany, emerging technologies, and the application of data and AI in PR.
•Ability to translate technical and data-led capabilities into compelling commercial narratives and strategic recommendations tied to reputation, risk and communications outcomes.
•Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•German and business English language skills are required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
