Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth of intelligence and insights offerings in Germany by sourcing, shaping and converting briefs from existing and net-new clients.
  • •Develop and implement market growth strategies leveraging Burson’s AI product suite and wider tech stack.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, framing data and technology capabilities into compelling commercial and communications narratives.
  • •Lead client presentations and workshops showcasing Burson’s data and AI capabilities through practical, business-relevant applications and outcomes.
  • •Contribute to product innovation and thought leadership related to data and AI, while collaborating with leadership to align data strategies and ensuring data ethics compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in data, intelligence and insights, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and delivering client value.
  • •Deep understanding of the communications landscape in Germany, emerging technologies, and the application of data and AI in PR.
  • •Ability to translate technical and data-led capabilities into compelling commercial narratives and strategic recommendations tied to reputation, risk and communications outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • •German and business English language skills are required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
