Job Summary

Support mission-critical satellite ground system operations within the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) organization. Manage software/system baselines, monitor availability and performance, troubleshoot issues and anomalies, and coordinate operational recovery to maintain mission readiness. Produce weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting, represent the program in technical interchange meetings, and support cross-team operational planning, including occasional off-hours 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage baseline software and system installations into operational environments.
•Monitor, track, and report system availability, health, and performance metrics.
•Troubleshoot operational issues, investigate anomalies, and support system recovery to maintain mission readiness.
•Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc availability and performance reports for program leadership and customers.
•Coordinate and support 24/7 operational activities, including occasional off-hours call-in support as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience supporting systems engineering, operations, or maintenance for complex software or hardware systems.
•Experience troubleshooting complex systems, performing root cause analysis, and supporting operational recovery efforts.
•Experience working independently and making sound technical decisions in an operational environment.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance prior to start date.
