Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the annual budget and business plan preparation and present forecasts to leadership.
  • •Produce revenue forecasts for the next 12 months and day/segment-level forecasts for the next 90 days; lead the monthly forecast meeting.
  • •Monitor market conditions and analyze past/future performance; prepare month-end comments including segmentation, market statistics, room type optimization, upselling, and STR performance.
  • •Set rate structure, demand calendar, and upsell strategy; manage sales and pricing across distribution channels and safeguard rate integrity.
  • •Recruit, train, and manage direct reports; conduct performance evaluations and support business continuity planning with trained backups.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, including electronic distribution.
  • •Proven track record of increasing revenue streams or strengthening property performance.
  • •Experience with data analysis, including E-Commerce KPIs.
  • •Minimum high school level plus Baccalaureate/A-level exam and a professional certification (Bachelor/University degree/Hotel school diploma).
  • •Must be in possession of, or eligible for, a working permit in the region of hire.
