Key Responsibilities

  • •Own implementation of Thunderbolt product features from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • •Translate product vision, user needs, partner feedback, and enterprise requirements into technical plans and shipped product experiences.
  • •Work across the stack to build, integrate, test, and ship complete product features for AI chat/search/research and workflow automation.
  • •Partner with product, design, engineering, enterprise-facing teams, and open-source contributors to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • •Follow through after launch by reviewing usage and feedback signals, addressing quality/support issues, and instrumenting to measure adoption and product value.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications with staff-level scope and impact.
  • •Strong full-stack skills across user interfaces, APIs/services, integrations, and infrastructure-adjacent areas.
  • •Ability to own complex product features end-to-end: technical planning, implementation, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
  • •Experience building AI-enabled products, including practical familiarity with LLMs, RAG/retrieval systems, agents, and AI application architecture.
