Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, modify, and review architectural drawings to incorporate design intent.
  • •Produce project design concepts, modelling, sketches, presentations, and design/construction documents within deadlines and budgets.
  • •Prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents including elevations, sections, and details, following standards and archiving as appropriate.
  • •Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards.
  • •Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings and renderings, and incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Arch. degree.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience delivering Underground Metro projects.
  • •Minimum 4 years as a Technical Lead for a project or major packages within transport projects.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations and working to international standards.
  • •Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Revit.
