Job Summary

Support global culture and engagement initiatives within the Talent Experience team in the People Function. Help maintain and report on the company’s employee recognition platform, collaborate with Global Communications to develop campaign content, and assist the project manager with enablement and adoption. Engage local teams through information sessions, provide ongoing communications support across functions and locations, and connect recognition efforts to internal and external events.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the global recognition platform to foster a culture of appreciation and employee recognition.
•Track program activity and create reports analyzing usage and results.
•Collaborate with Global Communications to develop recognition program campaigns and communications across channels.
•Support the Project Manager in enablement to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
•Conduct info sessions with local teams to identify challenges and opportunities, and provide ongoing communications and support.
