Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. •Provide client transaction support with accurate recordkeeping and proper handling of assigned monies while engaging clients in courteous conversation.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including assisting with new account openings and problem resolution.
