Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee efficient and accurate sorting of packages and ensure smooth receipt and dispatch.
  • •Unload and receive parcels from trucks, containers, and other sources.
  • •Lead and supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, and run regular team meetings.
  • •Provide regular warehouse performance reports and ensure associates meet target metrics and SLAs.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and 5S processes; resolve damaged/missing goods issues and keep accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
  • •Experience in a parcel sortation environment (preferred/bonus).
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and feedback to associates.
  • •Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/carry up to 50 lbs; reach truck license is preferred.
