Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate order flow steps that transform customer orders into deliveries, including production order processing, procurement, inventory management, planning, warehousing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • •Own demand forecasting/planning, scheduling, and inventory management to match demand with minimal inventory and optimize costs.
  • •Sustain on-time, in-spec delivery performance by managing KPI tracking and monthly management reporting.
  • •Manage strategic procurement: sourcing, supplier performance, and delivery of procurement savings.
  • •Lead continuous improvement (CI) and Lean Six Sigma initiatives within supply chain, and develop talent through succession and performance management of the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience.
  • •Experience in leading a team and building capability.
  • •University degree in a field of management engineering (preferably).
  • •ERP and MRP knowledge.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capabilities, plus knowledge of packaging business or FMCG production supply chain (preferred).
