Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective administration and operation of store resources to meet goals.
  • •Lead service standards improvements, training follow-up, and provide direct coaching and feedback to staff on service delivery.
  • •Review sales and KPI reports daily with the store manager and develop action plans to improve individual and team performance.
  • •Manage inventory processes, including cyclic and fiscal inventories, cash/instruments administration, and financial reporting (deposits and expense control).
  • •Ensure compliance with operating policies and safety procedures, report anomalies, and coordinate with the store manager (and District Manager when needed).

Key Requirements

  • •1.5 years of experience as a store sub-manager and at least 2 years as a stylist/sales advisor in textile and accessories retail.
  • •Preferably completed high school and/or a degree in economic-administrative, tourism, or service-related programs.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, information analysis) and basic knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet.
  • •Knowledge of store administration and commercial indicators, including financial instruments used in the business and POS terminals.
  • •Knowledge of inventory control (cyclic and general), including fraud prevention, cloned cards, and counterfeit bills.
