•Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
•Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
•Lead a team through accountability, coaching, KPI-driven communication, and succession planning to elevate performance across the Operations and Visual team.
