Senior Cost Manager (Civil/MEP) - (Dholera)

Own cost management for civil and MEP projects across the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, procurement reporting, estimating, and cost planning. Lead tendering and procurement activities such as prequalification, tender list preparation, tender analysis, and compiling contractual documents. Monitor and manage post-contract cost variances and change control, and produce monthly cost reports for line management and clients. Cascade Turner & Townsend cost management processes to the project team.
