Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cost checks and valuations on larger projects to ensure timely and accurate cost verification.
  • •Produce feasibility studies and procurement reports, and develop the final cost plan.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities including prequalification, tender list creation, tender analysis, and compiling contractual documents.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances and change control processes, escalating major changes to the line manager.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for the line manager to present to the client and follow project governance processes.

  • •B.E / B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, or post-graduation in NICMAR.
  • •10–15 years of experience.
  • •5 years of experience in large scaled industrial projects.
  • •Understanding of project characteristics across the project life cycle.
  • •Knowledge of main procurement methods and value engineering.
