•Design, prototype, build, and launch AI-powered workflow automation products for government agencies, including resident assistants and permit/license/inspection review agents.
•Own AI product development from identifying agency needs to shipping production-ready solutions, leveraging techniques like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for regulatory data.
•Collaborate with design, engineering, and government domain experts to create intuitive, auditable workflows with multi-agent orchestration for complex approvals.
•Leverage cutting-edge models and custom LLM systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability across diverse government use cases.
•Iterate rapidly using agency feedback and usage data to improve automation features while ensuring trust, transparency, and regulatory alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually
