  • •Drive branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates, including executing engagement routines for client and team empowerment.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business and mass affluent growth strategies such as client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
