Lead Horizon3.ai’s strategic AWS alliance to grow revenue through AWS Marketplace presence and accelerated co-selling. Build deep relationships with AWS partner managers, account teams, and senior stakeholders, define and execute alliance strategy with leadership, and drive co-marketing and joint account mapping. Manage AWS Partner Network (APN) participation, stay current on AWS product updates and industry trends, and track marketplace, co-selling, and milestone performance metrics.

•Serve as the primary liaison with AWS, cultivating relationships with partner managers, account teams, and senior stakeholders.
•Optimize and expand Horizon3.ai’s presence in the AWS Marketplace to streamline customer acquisition and increase adoption.
•Lead co-selling initiatives with AWS sales teams, identifying joint opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals.
•Drive co-marketing initiatives and teaming exercises, including joint account mapping.
•Manage AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and track alliance performance metrics to report impact and sustain growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 295,000 - 325,000 annually

•Extensive knowledge of AWS services, ecosystem, and programs (e.g., APN, Marketplace, Well-Architected Framework).
•Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills to build high-impact partnerships with stakeholders.
