Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and sector leadership, including drafting official correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • •Manage meeting and calendar coordination: agendas, minutes, and tracking action items for timely follow-up.
  • •Facilitate circulation of official communications to relevant stakeholders with accurate tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 11 years of progressive experience in an administrative role with a diploma; 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
  • •Ability to manage confidential/sensitive information with high discretion and comply with DCAA policies and information security requirements (ISR).
  • •Proven experience coordinating meetings, schedules, action items, and documentation for executive leadership.
