Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick and deliver necessary materials to workstations efficiently and responsively
  • •Receive daily work assignments and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • •Use PPE correctly (e.g., safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, and required uniform/PPE)
  • •Report deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment, etc.) to Digital Status Boards and help at Daily Status Board meetings
  • •Cross-train in multiple pick units and drive continuous improvement (5S routines and SOP improvement)
