Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, Platform leads the development of foundational platform services and developer-facing features (identity/auth, embedded components, tokenization, notifications, logging/observability, and API ecosystem) to securely and scalably support all Payabli products. You’ll partner with engineering, define architectural directions, and own outcomes in a fintech payments infrastructure context.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve foundational platform services (identity/auth, APIs, SDKs, notification systems) and the developer experience to enable Payabli products.
•Drive Embeddable Components & Creator Suite strategy, including white-labeled UI and drop-in workflows for partners.
•Oversee the cross-cutting tokenization layer and ensure secure data handling across product lines and compliance requirements.
•Manage Communications & Compliance, including SMS (10DLC in the US) and email delivery, as regulated services.
•Lead Logging, Observability & Data initiatives to provide visibility and meaningful analytics for internal and partner teams.

•5+ years in product management with deep experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products

•Experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, API key management)
•Familiarity with embeddable/white-label component systems and developer experience optimization
