  • •Define project and program objectives for areas of responsibility and ensure preliminary activities are completed for later execution.
  • •Ensure assigned projects and programs complete according to requirements, including specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
  • •Document project/program/process development phases and transfer required information to other functional areas as appropriate.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies on engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • •Work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project/program, with a focus on spares availability for critical new product releases.
