Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical expert for RF/Microwave manufacturing processes, assembly, and test methodologies and provide mentorship to manufacturing engineers, production teams, and cross-functional departments.
•Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to transition prototypes to high-volume production, and collaborate with Design Engineering for DFM feedback and long-term manufacturing implications.
•Establish scalable Design For Manufacturability (DFM) frameworks across products, sites, and partners, and review RF data packages to ensure documentation of RF performance and manufacturing requirements.
•Develop and maintain RF workmanship standards and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten cycle times.
•Act as a technical liaison between Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Test, and Operations, presenting updates to leadership and coordinating with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and quality.

•Willingness to travel frequently (>25%) to support global manufacturing operations.
•Demonstrated deep expertise in RF/Microwave manufacturing processes and related test methodologies (RF/EMI/EMC).
