Job Summary

Define and lead the product strategy for Postman’s customer-facing web experience across postman.com and related properties. Own the web product vision and roadmap, expand top-of-funnel discovery, and improve critical customer journeys from first visit through evaluation and entry into the product. Partner with Data and Engineering on instrumentation, attribution, identity stitching, and privacy-aware measurement, while building technical SEO capabilities, driving performance/quality standards, and influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders.

•Set the long-term web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related web properties, defining how web surfaces work as a portfolio.
•Expand product discovery and top-of-funnel reach by creating scalable web experiences for underserved audiences and entry points.
•Own and improve end-to-end web journeys by reducing friction, clarifying value, and ensuring coherence between public web and the authenticated product.
•Build trusted analytics and attribution foundations, partnering on instrumentation, event taxonomy, identity stitching, funnel reporting, and decision-quality dashboards.
•Lead privacy-aware measurement and technical search optimization, and raise the bar for web performance, accessibility, reliability, and cross-browser quality.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of customer-facing web or digital experiences at scale, including strategy and roadmap delivery.
•Demonstrated outcome ownership for web experiences that materially changed customer behavior or business performance, including measurement and impact.
•Deep web product expertise across website design, build, rendering, serving, measurement, and evolution, including content management and rendering dependencies.
•Hands-on fluency in information architecture and technical SEO/AEO, including crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, canonicalization, and site migrations.
•Knowledge of measurement, cookies, attribution, and privacy-aware analytics, plus experimentation skills using funnel analysis and statistical interpretation.
