Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, refine, and govern project planning processes across PMCM India teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop Principal Planners, Senior Planners, and Planners to raise capability levels and maintain planning consistency.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in planning processes through automation, template improvements, and better utilization of Primavera P6.
  • •Plan resources and allocate workloads effectively across planning teams; ensure operational continuity, capacity balance, and performance tracking via KPIs.
  • •Oversee end-to-end planning outputs including baseline development, schedule updates, look-aheads, progress measurement, variance analysis, forecasting, and schedule quality checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering (Masters is an added advantage).
  • •Minimum 16+ years of relevant experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or project controls, including leading/managing planning teams.
  • •Expert-level hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong experience with MS Project and other planning/scheduling systems.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and high digital literacy with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • •Professional qualifications such as ChPP, PMQ, or PFQ (preferred), and exposure to UK-based or large-scale infrastructure/rail projects (advantageous).
