Lead ERM Administrator

Own operational performance for the Materials Management System, including how the product is configured, deployed, and used globally. Lead global product SMEs and provide functional guidance to regional focal points to ensure consistent adoption while preserving regional accountability. Define and govern approved deployment configurations, manage releases and upgrades, coordinate rollout and training, and drive continuous improvement through monitoring and root-cause analysis. Serve as a primary vendor interface for functional matters and roadmap alignment.
