Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commerce capabilities end to end across quoting controls, product and pricing enablement, and integrations to billing, provisioning, and revenue operations.
  • •Map and manage the full commerce stack, identifying gaps and systemic issues that reduce fragmentation and drive end-to-end improvements.
  • •Define and enforce quoting controls such as pricing rules, discount guardrails, configuration validation, approval policies, and contract structuring logic.
  • •Drive the AI-first commerce experience strategy, including AI-embedded quoting and ordering flows, intelligent configuration assistants, pricing recommendations, and natural language interfaces.
  • •Partner with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to shape AI development and rollout, establish observability metrics, and mentor/develop talent across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of product management experience in commerce, quote-to-cash, or order-to-revenue domains within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • •Ability to reason end to end across commerce systems, understanding how product definitions, pricing constructs, quoting rules, billing, and provisioning connect.
  • •Experience with quoting controls, including pricing rules, discount governance, configuration validation, approval hierarchies, and policy enforcement across channels.
  • •Experience enabling new products or monetization models, including familiarity with data standards, NPI processes, and product catalog management.
  • •Experience with AI-first products, including designing or shipping AI-powered capabilities and evaluating/iterating based on accuracy benchmarks and feedback loops.
