Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs).
  • •Develop metrics and identify gaps, using SMART metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency of program deliverables.
  • •Implement change management methods to increase adoption and track program return on investment.
  • •Design and deploy AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making (including AI agents/chatbots, automation, and predictive analytics).
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reports and metrics monitoring/adoption tracking, including efficient internal meeting management and travel to sites as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a related field.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate globally and influence by indirect leadership to drive resourcing for critical projects.
  • •Ability to work with complexity and use resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions.
  • •Proven record of performance excellence and demonstrated leadership characteristics in current and past roles.
  • •Preferred: data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and automation tools (RPA UiPath, Power Automate), plus AI experience (Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot or similar) and skills in Python, SQL, and data analytics.
