Define and develop analog and mixed-signal IC designs for semiconductor products—building block-level specifications, creating schematics, supervising layout, and taking designs through tape-out. Key Responsibilities

•Align on design approaches and parameters with other designers and broader R&D and demand creation teams, creating block-level specifications.
•Develop designs from concept through schematic implementation and layout supervision, then take designs through tape-out to the fab.
•Support silicon validation, test, and qualification for reliability, and help drive ramp to mass production.
•Conduct tests and analyze data to verify methods meet defined specifications and reliability requirements.
•Participate in verification of IC-level performance metrics and manage design tradeoffs such as signal grounding/routing and die area optimization.

Key Requirements

•Master's in Electrical Engineering.
•5+ years of relevant analog design experience.
•Experience designing power modules (regulators, LDOs, charge pumps) or high-speed modules (transceivers, PLLs, oscillators).
•Knowledge of device physics and process technology tradeoffs.
•Ability to translate system requirements into IC specification level; strong collaboration across design, layout, systems, verification, validation, test, and program management.
