Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments; ensure items are labeled, tagged, and stocked in designated areas
  • •Maintain operational standards in the sales floor and backroom, including coaching training and accountability
  • •Keep the stockroom organized and tidy by arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking
  • •Assist with inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; previous store leadership roles preferred
  • •Flexible schedule with availability nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance essential
  • •Excitement for retail and sales and passion for creating memorable shopping experiences
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and teammates
  • •Proactive, detail-oriented approach to completing tasks and representing the brand’s values
