Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
  • •Identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer success) across multiple time zones and communicate status to leadership and clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project management experience in banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • •Experience with blockchain or digital assets; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is advantageous for Latin America clients.
