Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, funding, and execution for SLCM-N program-required labs, missile assembly facilities, and secure information systems.
  • •Coordinate with Raytheon facilities, security, digital technology, cyber security, SLCM-N IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer to align with program needs and requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with external construction contractors to evaluate construction plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with lab facility standards.
  • •Develop and maintain capital funding plans with the program business manager to support facility construction, furnishing, and certification.
  • •Oversee certification and readiness of lab facilities and information systems, identify risks and mitigations, and provide regular updates to program leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 5 years.
  • •Program or project management experience including managing budgets and developing funding plans.
  • •Experience planning and executing lab facility standards and security-focused information systems for complex programs.
  • •Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and work with external contractors to evaluate and execute facility plans.
  • •Ability to oversee certification of lab facilities and information systems to meet program security and operational requirements.
