•Proven track record owning complex, end-to-end systems that serve real users or business-critical workflows.
•Sound judgment on data modeling, schema evolution, contracts, lineage, and long-term maintainability.
•Shows strong debugging instincts and cares whether workflows work and outputs are trusted/explainable.
