Lead technical execution across the full sales cycle, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, including project management and active participation in POCs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, including project management and participation in POCs.
•Understand and translate customer technical requirements into solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in close collaboration with the sales partner.
•Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products/solutions and the competitive landscape to address evolving threats.
•Position Fortinet solutions to customers remotely or in person using technical presentations, whiteboarding, and technical documents; manage concurrent deals and maintain CRM activity.

Key Requirements

•High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication, with desirable knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN and WAN.
•Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills that have impacted key wins in your organization.
•Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technically with external and internal stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
